Special Populations Registry

The Lane County Special Populations Registry (SPR) is a list of facilities that would need special evacuation assistance during an emergency. The program is made of two integrated components: a registry database that holds information on facilities and a mapping program which displays the facility on a map.

Facilities are now able to update their information directly through the registry's website. Every year, the administrative staff at each facility will receive an email from SPR requesting an informational update. They will be directed to the registry's webpage, and can log into their facility account to update information.

The mapping program is meant for utilization by emergency health personnel. In the case of a bioterrorist attack, flood, or disease outbreak, the registry\'s map would present an easy way to identify facilities with special needs in a certain physical area.

If you are a facility manager, use the "Administrative Area" tab to log in and update your information. If you are emergency health personnel, click "View Map" to see the SPR map.

If you are encountering technical difficulties, please contact info@lcspecialpopulations.org or call (541) 682-4507 for assistance.
